Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management while ensuring policy compliance and resident safety.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or four years of housing industry experience. CAM/ARM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personnel management and on-site staff leadership.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, financial administration, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop and implement staff training, schedules, and performance management.
• Monitor property operations, budgeting, rent collections and vendor invoices.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing industry experience

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
