Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining our properties, completing corrective, preventative, and cosmetic work under supervision. You will handle on-site duties, respond to resident requests, and support make-ready tasks to meet operational goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing regulations. A safety-conscious mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and cosmetic tasks in community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in make-ready processes and scheduling of turn events.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and address issues.
• Keep accurate records of service requests and maintenance activities.
