Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Reno, NV to support an affordable housing community. You will handle daily maintenance, respond to resident requests, and help with make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety standards, OSHA requirements, and Fair Housing laws.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of common areas, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with preventive and routine maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on inventory and records.
• Attend on-call emergencies as needed.
