Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration to ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will supervise personnel, ensure leasing targets are met, and implement resident retention programs. A background in affordable housing programs and CAM/ARM credentials are valued and you will

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing industry experience preferred.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of a housing community.
• Supervise site staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, and vendor relations.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and leasing plans.
• Respond to resident concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead emergency response and on-site safety procedures.
