Elmington Living in Nashville is seeking an Assistant Community Director to support daily operations of an affordable housing community. You will help manage financial records, leasing activities, and resident relations to deliver an exceptional living experience.

As on-site leader in the Community Director's absence, you will help maintain occupancy, track the budget, and coordinate benefits and compliance. If you value teamwork, service, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing operations such as leasing, compliance, and resident relations.
• Strong customer service focus and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage financial records and support budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Support management of the property's operating budget.
• Assist in maintaining occupancy at or above budgeted levels through proactive leasing and retention support.
• Support the delinquency process with rent collection outreach to delinquent residents.
