Qualifications

• Accounting degree or business/accounting background required or plus
• GAAP knowledge and accounting principles familiarity
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software; Navision experience is a plus
• Ability to work in high-volume environment and follow standard work instructions

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of accounts payable with accuracy
• Code invoices to GL accounts and route for approvals
• Perform daily check runs and timely payments
• Maintain centralized AP inbox and respond to inquiries
• Assist in year-end issuance of 1099s and related tasks
• Archive invoices and maintain records for multiple entities
• Monitor AP aging and resolve issues with vendors
• Pull invoice copies and process intercompany entries
• Follow approval hierarchy and ensure proper approvals before payments
• Conduct audits/reconciliation of vendor statements
