Job summary

ZRG Partners in Westborough, MA seeks a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations and related financial processes. You will work with Finance, HR, vendors, and employees to ensure timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.

The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in AP/Accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Tipalti, Concur, and ERP systems. A comprehensive benefits package is provided along with a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance.
• Experience with automated accounts payable and expense management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of 1099 reporting and ERP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end AP process via Tipalti, from onboarding to payments.
• Serve as primary contact for vendors and contractors.
• Assist with Concur T&E onboarding, reviews, and policy monitoring.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, approvals, and policy adherence.
• Prepare audit support documentation and respond to requests.
• Assist with 1099 preparation and filing in IRS compliance.
• Support month-end and year-end AP closings.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, and other departments.
