Qualifications

• Must be able to follow standardized work instructions in a high‑volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to correct data entry errors promptly.
• Experience with Microsoft Navision and Excel is expected.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of accounts payable with accuracy and proper coding.
• Follow approval hierarchy before payment; ensure timely payments.
• Perform check runs, wires, and electronic payments and manage disbursements.
• Audit vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain centralized AP inbox and respond to inquiries from internal and external users.
• Support year-end 1099 preparation and related tasks.
• Monitor AP aging and maintain organized invoice files for multiple entities.
