Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to act as the primary liaison for fleet and retail accounts, coordinating and executing SLAs while engaging with auction vendors and clients to understand requirements and upsell CAI products and services.

You will manage communications, track vehicle inventory during repairs, coordinate with dealerships and vendors, and provide timely reports to operations.

Qualifications

• Serve as primary administrative contact for fleet and retail accounts.
• Manage customer communications and provide end-of-shift status updates.
• Coordinate dealership and external vendor repairs.
• Track and manage vehicle inventory through repair process.
• Maintain inbound reports, inventory trackers and customer reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for fleet and retail accounts, including LeasePlan, Merchant, Summit Fleet, Element, Rivian, Lucid, and others.
• Manage all customer communications and provide end-of-shift status updates to clients.
• Coordinate dealership and external vendor repairs (outwork units).
• Track and manage vehicle inventory throughout the repair process, including WIP, storage, aging units, and arbitration deadlines.
• Audit reporting and provide updates to operational teams; attend customer meetings and reviews.
