Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking an Account Liaison to serve as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients in Texas. You will coordinate across auction teams, upsell CAI products, and ensure agreed work is completed to client expectations.

You will review vehicle lineups, locate missing vehicles, and help ensure vehicles are ready for sale. Strong customer service, communication, and basic MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn and educate clients on Cox Automotive products.
• Strong multitasking and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel) and internal platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute account SLA's as a primary point of contact for auction vendors/clients.
• Upsell CAI products and services and ensure work meets client expectations.
• Review sale lineups, locate missing vehicles, and coordinate readiness for on-site sale.
• Educate clients on company products and services and coordinate reconditioning services as needed.
• Maintain safety and health procedures and participate in safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
