Cox Enterprises is seeking an account liaison to coordinate and execute SLA commitments across fleet and retail accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for auction vendors and clients, understanding requirements, upselling CAI products, and ensuring work is completed to client expectations.

You will coordinate with auction personnel and stakeholders across all areas of customer engagement, track inventory, provide reporting, and support regional and national accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating accounts and client communications.
• Ability to manage inventory, reporting, and vendor coordination.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and escalation skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary administrative contact for fleet and retail accounts.
• Manage customer communications and provide end-of-shift updates.
• Coordinate dealership and external vendor repairs.
• Track vehicle inventory and aging units through repair.
• Update inbound reports, inventory trackers, and client reports.
• Audit activity and provide operational reporting.
• Attend customer meetings and operational reviews.
• Act as regional coordinator for national accounts and other locations.
• Track EV inventory and charging coordination.
• Maintain visibility of units from intake to delivery.
• Support commercial operations and retail needs as required.
