Cox Automotive Canada is seeking an account liaison to coordinate SLA management and client engagements within a US-based Florida role. The position requires managing fleet accounts, reporting, and coordinating with dealers and external vendors to ensure timely repairs and high client satisfaction.

You will track vehicle inventory, participate in regular reviews, and provide status updates. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and expertise in EV charging coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as account liaison coordinating SLA management and client engagements.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with SLA adherence and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary administrative contact for fleet and retail accounts.
• Manage all customer communications and provide end-of-shift status updates.
• Coordinate dealership and external vendor repairs.
• Track and manage vehicle inventory through the repair process.
• Maintain and update inbound reports, inventory trackers, and client-specific reporting.
• Audit RPP activity and provide reporting to operations teams.
• Process and monitor QC units.
• Attend customer meetings and reviews.
• Serve as regional coordinator for national accounts and support other locations.
• Track EV inventory and charging coordination.
• Maintain visibility of all units from intake to delivery.
• Support commercial operations and provide retail support as needed.
