Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative in the Dallas area to drive volume and distribution for our diverse spirits brands. You will partner with vibrant on-premise locations, such as restaurants and bars, to engage customers and showcase our portfolio.

You will lead growth initiatives, educate customers on trends, and collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams to execute strategic programs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• On-premise experience is preferred.
• New grads with sales/marketing internship or competition experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth for assigned accounts by implementing solutions to boost brand performance.
• Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
• Meet volume objectives across the portfolio and manage programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate with wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met and adjust strategies as needed.
