Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our brands within a defined Dallas territory. You will connect with vibrant on-premise venues, attend tastings and events, and collaborate with distributors to maximize in-store presence.

The role emphasizes using sales analytics to inform strategy, building strong customer relationships, and achieving volume objectives across a diverse spirits portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; on-premise experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver volume objectives and drive distribution points.
• Skilled in using sales data to identify trends and measure impact.
• Able to travel within assigned territory and drive regularly.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions to grow assigned accounts and boost brand share.
• Build brands using consumer and category trends to educate customers.
• Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
• Help meet volume objectives for a diverse portfolio.
• Plan and execute programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Develop rapport with customers by understanding their needs and requirements.
• Serve as communications lead between customers, wholesalers and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.
