Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative in the San Francisco area to drive volume for our diverse spirits portfolio. You will connect with on-premise accounts, attend events, tastings, and promotions to showcase brands across the territory.

The role emphasizes building relationships with customers, leading distributor efforts, and leveraging data analytics to raise market share. Requires ability to travel, evenings/weekends, and residing near the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory with valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Craft innovative solutions to drive growth for assigned accounts.
• Educate customers on brand portfolio and trends to boost sales.
• Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
• Pursue volume objectives and new points of distribution.
• Develop mutually valuable rapport with customers and understand key needs.
• Coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams to meet KPIs.
