Job summary

Red Bull offers a 12-month immersive On Premise experience, teaching you face-to-face sales, relationship-building, and event activation standards across bars, clubs, restaurants, and festivals. You will report to a Regional On Premise Manager, grow the business, and secure Red Bull at point-of-sale while expanding distribution and visibility within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in CPG or sales environments is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with on premise accounts and build new partnerships.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for customers and Red Bull.
• Negotiate partnership agreements with venues and events.
• Expand distribution, visibility, and execution in the market to maximize brand presence.
• Manage multiple on-premise accounts and implement regional strategies.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and brand activations at venues.
