Job summary

Red Bull is seeking an Aviator for a 12-month immersive On Premise experience across bars, clubs, restaurants, hospitality, catering, and events. You will learn face-to-face sales, relationship-building tactics, execution methods, and event activation standards while growing the business in your territory.

Reporting to a Regional On Premise Manager, you’ll develop important customer relations, secure availability and visibility at point-of-sale, and travel to open accounts in your region.

Qualifications

• On Premise sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen long-term relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships.
• Learn sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull.
• Negotiate partnership agreements to expand presence.
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market.
• Bring the brand to life at venues, clubs, festivals, and events, extending to catering and food service.
• Analyze sales data to inform territory plans and customer strategies.
