Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage.
• Previous experience in CPG/sales, through work experience or internships.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality and catering, marketing, sales, or as your own boss.
• Navigation of Microsoft Office applications.
• Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen our long-term professional relationships with existing on premise accounts and create new partnerships with industry influencers
• Learn how to use sales and negotiation to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull, surpassing prior marketing sales targets
• Negotiate partnership agreements
• Learn strategies for expanding distribution, visibility, and execution in the market
• Bring the brand to life at the trendiest restaurants and bars, top clubs, major festivals, exclusive events, and in the extended On Premise universe of catering and food service accounts
• Analyze sales data to gain insights, shaping plans for customers and the territory
• Learn the brand, what we have to offer, and what makes us unique
• Manage multiple accounts
• Implement On-Premise sales and marketing strategies tailored to your region
• Take a hands-on approach: set up coolers, infrastructure, and point-of-sale materials
• Build your personal reputation and learn how to represent the brand in a positive way
• Practice how to make a lasting first impression, and how to differentiate yourself from other sales reps
• Learn Red Bull’s Brand Personality Attributes, what they mean for you, and how they will guide you in daily customer interactions
• Open to working flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
