Job summary

Sazerac Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive growth for our diverse spirits portfolio across on- and off-premise accounts. You will lead initiatives with distributors, educate customers on trends, and build programs to expand distribution and display.

You will craft solutions for growth, manage in-store execution, monitor KPI progress, and collaborate with wholesalers and internal teams to achieve volume targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results Driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Technical Savvy: Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive sales results.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Location: Live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: Ability to personally cover ordinary and essential business expenses that will be promptly reimbursed.
• Compliance: Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit in any state.
