Sazerac seeks a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for its brands across the portfolio. The role focuses on engaging vibrant on-premise accounts within the assigned territory, coordinating events, tastings, and promotions to connect consumers with our spirits portfolio.

You will lead growth initiatives, leverage market trends, and collaborate with distributors and internal teams to deliver measurable results and strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Results-driven with proven volume objectives.
• Demonstrated use of sales data analytics to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Craft Solutions for Growth: boost business for assigned accounts and grow market share.
• Brand Building: educate customers using trends to drive sales and brand equity.
• Distribution: lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
• Volume Objectives: help achieve volume targets across the portfolio.
• Strategic Programs: implement programs for distribution, merchandising, and promotions.
• Rapport Building: develop strong relationships with customers and key needs.
• Communication & Collaboration: act as the communication lead with customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• KPI Monitoring: track KPIs to ensure goals are met.
