Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a Market Development Representative to drive volume and distribution for our brands across a diverse spirits portfolio. You will partner with vibrant on-premise spots in your territory, connecting consumers with their favorite brands and elevating brand experiences through events, tastings, and promotions.

You will lead growth initiatives, educate customers using trends and data, and coordinate with distributors to maximize in-market presence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
1 year of sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries; on-premise experience preferred.
Results-driven with track record of delivering volume objectives and new PODs.
Demonstrated success using sales data analytics to drive results and identify trends.

Responsibilities

Craft solutions to grow assigned accounts and boost brand share.
Build brand awareness using consumer and category trends.
Lead distributors to support in-outlet selling and execution.
Help achieve volume objectives for the portfolio.
Implement programs delivering distribution, merchandising and retail promotions.
