Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Representative in Prescott, AZ to drive volume and distribution for our spirits brands. You will partner with on-premise and off-premise accounts, crafting growth solutions and leading distributors in selling, marketing, and execution.

The role requires 1+ year in field sales in alcohol/CPG, strong use of sales analytics, a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year field sales in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution goals.
• Experience using sales data analytics and tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Live in or near the territory.
• Ability to cover ordinary business expenses (reimbursed).
• Must obtain a solicitor's permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Craft solutions for growth for assigned accounts and boost market share.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Track KPIs and drive volume objectives for core brands.
• Implement strategic programs for distribution and retail promotions.
• Build rapport with customers and coordinate with wholesalers and internal teams.
