Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive a quality in-store experience and lead the floor with technical product education tailored to each guest. You will be part of the store leadership team, guiding daily sales and team performance while ensuring exceptional guest interactions on the shop floor.

The role involves supervising the floor, contributing to hiring and training, and coaching team members to deliver inclusive, high-energy service in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations).
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to meet their needs.
• Oversee store operations and act as Supervisor on Duty during shifts.
• Assist in store readiness and achievement of daily sales targets.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
