Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest receives a quality in-store experience. You will lead from the floor, provide technical product education, and work with the store leadership team to meet daily sales targets.

You will participate in hiring, coach team members, and act as Supervisor on Duty when needed. This role requires a minimum of 1 year retail experience and a commitment to inclusive leadership and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation (if required)
• Legal authorization to work in the country of the store

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests about lululemon products.
• Participate in hiring decisions and provide coaching and feedback.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Monitor daily metrics to drive sales and performance.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high‑energy team environment.
