Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by delivering technical product education and aligning with the brand. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor and guiding daily sales results through team achievement.

Responsibilities include leading from the floor, supervising operations, participating in hiring, coaching teammates, and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Experience in leading or mentoring others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver the lululemon guest experience framework and ensure an inclusive guest experience.
• Assess guest connection and provide technical product education to guests when needed.
• Serve as Supervisor on Duty to oversee store operations and drive business results.
• Prepare the store for daily readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures and review daily business data to track sales goals.
