lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to ensure every guest enjoys a quality in-store experience while delivering technical product education that showcases the value of our brand. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor and guiding daily sales and unit targets.

The role involves supervising, hiring input, and coaching the team, with a focus on inclusive, high-energy customer service and strong operational execution on shift.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education and assist guests when needed.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily data to track sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes.
• Give direct feedback and coach team members on the floor.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence during shifts.
