Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee store readiness and daily operations during shifts.
• Open and close the store following procedures.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Offer direct feedback and coaching to team members.
