Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to drive an exceptional in-store experience through technical product education and strong floor leadership as Supervisor on Duty. The role collaborates with store leadership to meet daily sales goals and deliver outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities include coaching team members, participating in hiring/training, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining an inclusive, energetic environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, navigating difficult conversations)
• Some leadership/mentoring experience with others
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation (as needed)

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to articulate the value of our products to guests.
• Oversee daily store operations, open/close procedures, and readiness for guests.
• Review daily metrics to drive sales and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and recognition to staff to support development.
• Create an inclusive, collaborative environment and positive guest interactions.
