Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and assist teammates.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty to support store operations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and coaching activities.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Monitor daily metrics and drive sales through guest interaction.
