Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising scheduling, ensuring safety and policy compliance, and driving store-wide operational excellence while maintaining a high level of customer engagement and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 1-3 years retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs. items repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by informing customers about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and price changes.
• Lead programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment) as directed.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop 30-60-90 day plans for priorities.
• Build schedules and supervise teammates to meet goals and payroll targets.
• Coach, review performance, and ensure policy compliance.
