Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across the sales floor with strong merchandising, pricing, and athlete experience.
• Coach teammates, manage priorities, and deliver athlete-first shopping experiences as Team Captain of On Field Operations.
• Develop schedules and plans to meet department goals and payroll targets.
• Sustain training and development, accountability, and performance management for direct reports.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs and ensure compliance.
