DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of On Field Operations to lead execution across the sales floor, coach teammates, and deliver an athlete-first shopping experience. You will manage priorities, open/close procedures, and frontline operations to ensure strong performance and outstanding customer service.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail experience, prior leadership, and a focus on merchandising, pricing, and athlete engagement.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards; follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment.
• Help establish 30-60-90 day plans with the SM and ASM; manage budgets and financial goals.
• Lead sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention of direct reports; coach and develop teammates.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; hold teammates accountable for compliance.
