Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at client locations.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• Support LAN connectivity and basic network issues.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Document service activities and report updates to the delivery team.
• Adhere to client IT policies and security procedures on-site.
