The ideal candidate will have strong Windows OS skills, hardware troubleshooting ability, and solid customer service, with the flexibility to work independently in on-site environments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows desktop environments.
• Hands-on hardware and peripherals troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site in client environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site desktop and IT support for end users at the client location.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and enterprise software applications.
• Support network connectivity issues, including LAN troubleshooting.
• Assist with device setup, replacement, and hardware installations.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting using console access when required.
• Document service activities and communicate updates to the service delivery team.
• Follow client IT policies and security procedures while performing onsite tasks.
