This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work as much or as little as you prefer, with shifts scheduled via the myTime app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Starting hourly rate is $15.00 USD. As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, assisting with checkout, product questions, and store services, and promoting Target's offerings and loyalty programs. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, efficiently handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting various guest services like order pickup and drive-up.
