ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts, and responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance and active participation are necessary; you must work at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

Upon being offered a position, you will attend a Target orientation and participate in training. Afterward, shifts can be picked up through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and services, both in-store and digitally.

Skills developed include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and promoting loyalty programs.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging guests authentically
• Understanding guest needs and providing assistance
• Operating tools and technology efficiently
• Processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting various guest services and store operations

What we are looking for:

• Enjoyment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A passion for delivering excellent guest service
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Willingness to learn and educate guests on products and services

Basic requirements include:

• Handling cash and supporting cash office operations
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active engagement in shift work via the myTime app
