ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Active engagement—picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts—is required. Failure to respond or work at least one shift every 4-6 months may lead to employment termination.

All new On-Demand TM's must attend a Target orientation and complete a short-term training schedule. Afterward, shifts are selected through the myTime app.

Guest Advocates focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences through welcoming interactions, problem solving, and promoting Target’s services and benefits, including loyalty programs and digital features.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs and offering assistance
• Scanning, bagging, and handling transactions efficiently
• Promoting Target’s programs and services
• Maintaining store cleanliness and safety
