About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months, or your employment may be terminated.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests.
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs.
• Operate tools, products, and services to resolve guest concerns.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and order pickups.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Support store operations and safety policies.
