ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND
You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours). Effective December 2024, this period will be reduced to 5 months.

As an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and structured training before picking up shifts through the myTime app. Your communication and ability to work when needed are crucial for success.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT
Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and pickup options.

Skills and experiences gained include:

• Building inclusive guest experiences through effective communication
• Problem solving and decision making to resolve guest concerns
• Adapting to various guest interactions and situations
• Promoting store benefits, offerings, and services

Typical Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, processing transactions, maintaining a clean work area, supporting guest services, and ensuring safety and compliance.

What We Are Looking For
Candidates who enjoy a dynamic, team-oriented environment, interacting with guests, and making shopping easy and enjoyable. Skills include effective communication, focus, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to operate technology tools.

Additional requirements include handling cash accurately, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, flexible scheduling, and working in varying temperatures and environments.
