On-Demand: Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T0176)

Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier, General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style) and enjoy a flexible work schedule. This role allows you to work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via our myTime mobile app.

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD

About On Demand

You can choose your shifts, respond actively to contact attempts, and maintain regular attendance. You must work at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to remain employed.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greet guests, and assist with their needs.
• Operate registers efficiently and accurately, handle returns, and promote Target's loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean work environment and support store operations including order pickup and drive-up services.
• Follow safety policies and support compliance with laws and regulations.

Ideal Candidate

• Flexible, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum Skills & Requirements
