Job summary

Axiom Technologies in Bloomfield, MO is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical help for meeting rooms and AV environments across client sites.

The role is an on-demand, field-based contract (1099) with hours not guaranteed; candidates should troubleshoot meeting room tech, Teams Rooms, networking, and peripherals onsite and coordinate with remote teams for fixes.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support for meeting rooms and field services.
• Hands-on with meeting room technologies and AV peripherals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms preferred.
• Strong on-site troubleshooting and issue isolation skills.
• Excellent documentation and ticketing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting of AV issues and call quality.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build incl. MS Teams Rooms and peripherals.
• IMACD Activities – relocate, install or decommission equipment.
• Advanced Configuration Support via Teams Admin Center.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation with coordination with network team.
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification and sign-off readiness.
• Documentation & Reporting of findings and resolutions.
