Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite AV/meeting room support across client locations in Maricopa, CA. This on-demand field role involves variable hours and no guaranteed schedule, with a focus on hands-on troubleshooting of meeting room technologies and Teams Rooms.

The role requires proactive onsite presence, strong communication with remote teams and vendors, and ability to work independently in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AV/systems
• Experience in meeting room technologies and peripherals
• Ability to troubleshoot AV, hardware, network, and connectivity onsite
• Strong communication and coordination with remote teams and vendors
• Local language skills for the assigned site/location

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting: diagnose AV issues, collect logs, implement fixes, onsite troubleshooting.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build: install meeting rooms, configure MTR/cameras/DSPs, validate cabling, setup room policies, smoke testing.
