Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical assistance for meeting rooms and AV environments across client locations in Modesto, CA. This is an on-demand field support opportunity where hours are not guaranteed and work is performed onsite or in the field.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, network connectivity, and related peripherals, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support and meeting room environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of AV equipment and room systems.
• Ability to work with remote teams and vendors during onsite support.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting of AV issues in meeting rooms and during calls.
• Onsite setup and configuration of Microsoft Teams Rooms and related peripherals.
• IMACD activities: install, move, add, change, decommission meeting room gear.
• Provide local hands-on configuration support via Teams Admin Center and basic DSP setup.
