Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to deliver onsite technical support for meeting room and AV environments across multiple client locations in Minneapolis, MN. This on-demand field role requires hands-on troubleshooting of AV systems and strong coordination with remote teams.

The ideal candidate will manage onsite installations, configure Microsoft Teams Rooms and related peripherals, and perform IMACD activities while ensuring high-quality support

Qualifications

• Experience in AV support and meeting room technologies.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of AV devices, networks, and peripherals.
• Ability to work independently in an on-demand, field environment.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting across client environments.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build for teams and exec spaces.
• IMACD activities: Install, Move, Add, Change & Decommission of equipment.
• Advanced Configuration Support via Teams Admin Center for predefined configurations.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation with coordination of network teams and vendors.
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification including tests for audio/video and room readiness.
• Documentation & Reporting of findings, steps taken, and outcomes.
