Axiom Technologies in Brentwood, TN is seeking an experienced AV Support Engineer – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting room AV environments across client locations.

This on‑demand role has no guaranteed hours; you will troubleshoot meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, network connectivity, and peripherals, coordinating with remote teams. Strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies, AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, network connectivity, and related peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting: diagnose AV issues, collect logs, implement fixes, onsite isolation.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build: install and connect meeting room equipment, validate cabling and device integration.
• IMACD Activities: relocate and upgrade meeting room gear, decommission as required.
• Advanced Configuration Support: assist with Teams Admin Center configurations and device integration.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation: perform port-level and VLAN checks, work with OEM/vendor teams, live troubleshooting onsite.
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification: test audio/video quality and meeting join scenarios, support go-live readiness.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain tickets, capture evidence, update as-built docs, identify improvements.
