Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and menus.
• Capable of maintaining food safety and proper temperature controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at correct temperatures.
• Assist in food preparation per menu and Opaa! recipes.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and restock as needed.
• Prepare baked goods as required and present to customers.
