Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking flexible kitchen staff to support serving lines and food preparation across our campuses. Positions operate on an as-needed basis with pay rates that vary by state and role. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety, proper food temperatures, and accurate meal counts.

Applicants should be ready to work in fast-paced environments, assist with setup, line maintenance, and basic dishwashing. Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep ahead.
• Operate equipment with proper certification; keep areas clean and organized.
• Handle customer monies, run a cash register or POS when needed.
• Maintain records, clock hours, and adhere to safety and HACCP procedures.
