Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff on an as-needed basis to support meal service across multiple districts. Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, maintaining temps, preparing foods per menu and recipes, and presenting items to customers.

You will operate equipment, keep areas clean, manage FIFO inventory, follow HACCP and safety procedures, and assist with administrative tasks when needed. The role emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a school cafeteria setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders, and other equipment with proper certification
• Keep work areas neat, clean, and organized
• Maintain FIFO inventory and clean storage areas
• Follow HACCP processes and safety logs; record temperatures
• Assist with cash/meal reconciliation and餐 reconciliation tasks
• Batch cook to present quality products with appealing presentation
• Provide excellent hospitality and serve items with correct portions
• Adhere to Opaa! Core Values and Timekeeping policy
