Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support daily food preparation and service in our facilities.

Responsibilities include setting up serving lines, preparing foods per menu, maintaining temperatures, cleaning and organizing work areas, and assisting with inventory and dishwashing, while adhering to safety and HACCP guidelines. Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED, preferred; or up to one month related experience.
Language: ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.
Math: basic arithmetic for portions and measurements.
Reasoning: follow recipes and safety guidelines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at the proper temperatures.
Assist in preparation of foods per menu and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for new menus.
Operate basic kitchen equipment with proper certification; maintain clean work areas.
Maintain FIFO inventory, restock coolers, and assist in dishwashing and sanitation.
Requisition food and supplies via Kitchen Manager; present foods attractively to customers.
