Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance across property buildings, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and prepare vacant apartments for leasing, while coordinating with vendors and maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs per code requirements.
